Exotic invertebrates have specific environmental, dietary, and husbandry requirements that vary by species. Improper care can result in stress, illness, or death. By placing this order, you confirm that:

• You have independently researched the species you are purchasing, including its enclosure, substrate, temperature, humidity, and dietary needs, using multiple sources.
• You have a suitable enclosure prepared, or will have one ready before your animals arrive.
• You understand that once the animals are delivered, their ongoing welfare is solely your responsibility. Scuttle & Squeak accepts no liability for health issues, injury, or death arising from husbandry or environmental conditions after delivery.
• You are aware that live invertebrates are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Regulation 28(1)(d), and cannot be returned once dispatched. This does not affect your rights under our live arrival guarantee.
• If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has given permission for this purchase and accepts these responsibilities on your behalf.
