Every animal we send is guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy.
What's covered
Every invertebrate purchased from Scuttle & Squeak is covered by our live arrival guarantee. If your animal arrives deceased or in visibly poor health, we will replace it or issue a full refund — your choice.
How to claim
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the animal and the packaging. We'll respond the same day and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. We may still consider claims made after 24 hours at our discretion.
How we pack
Every order is carefully packed with appropriate insulation, ventilation, and cushioning. We use heat or cold packs when the weather demands it, and we never ship in extreme conditions.
Shipping conditions
We ship Monday to Wednesday via next-day delivery only, so your animals spend as little time in transit as possible. We will delay shipment rather than risk animal welfare.
